Waveform manufactures custom thermoformed material handling / dunnage / WIP / automation trays for use in safely transporting components along an assembly line, across a production floor, or between facilities. We can produce trays from your design or specification, or create a tray design from your component. Solidworks allows us to create a 3D solid model of both the tray and the part, and then place the part on the virtual tray, allowing us to verify part location, movement, and tolerances.
Trays may be fabricated from a range of materials and gauges, including antistatic, static dissipative, and conductive plastics.
Additionally, Waveform designs and fabricates custom storage containers and dispensing bins to precisely fit your application. Whether you need a desktop unit with cubbyholes or an 8-foot custom bin, we'll work with you to create the ideal design.
