Using advanced CAD tools, our experienced designers will work with you throughout the process to ensure your concept becomes thermoforming reality!
With the design concept finalized, we move on to material selection. We work in a wide range of materials including ABS, HIPS, Acrylic, Polyethylene, Polycarbonate and many many more. Colours, textures and additives are also selected.
With all of this complete, a formal quote is prepared.
We offer in-house tooling design and fabrication. From your product design, we translate that into the most effective tooling to suit your product design requirements. Production run size, projected lifetime quantity, part tolerances, surface finish and many other variables factor into the type and design of the tooling.
This is the fun part. There is a magic to watching a rigid sheet of plastic go in to an oven, come out soft and malleable and be vacuum molded into your product.
Once the parts are formed, we then take them over to our 3 and 5 axis CNC machines where we trim the excess material and cut it into the final product.
Through every step of the process, from incoming material to forming to trimming to packaging, the quality of the product is tracked using our ISO9001 approved procedures.
We know that as a plastics manufacturing facility we have the utmost responsibility to the environment. We are dedicated to do everything possible to create a sustainable process from grinding our trimmed material to be recycled into new sheets to energy efficiencies that have been designed into our custom built facility from the start.
We’ll soon be installing solar panels to further enhance energy efficiency.
